£1 Billion build-to-rent (BTR) initiative

The first development, based in Deansgate, Manchester, will deliver 494 high-quality homes designed for sustainable, modern city living. This project marks a major step forward in urban regeneration and reflects our shared commitment to backing the future of housing, and supporting Manchester’s continued economic development.
