Personal Banking

Online Banking

Based on feedback and suggestions by our customers, we have made changes to Online Banking. Our new and improved Online Banking offers you easier and quicker access to a range of banking services.

Features of Online Banking are:

Account Overview

View balances and transactions

You can view balances and transactions on your personal accounts, credit card and Asset Finance accounts. The mini statement option allows you to quickly and easily see your 10 most recent transactions.

Quick Pay

Quick Pay allows you to transfer money or pay a bill to your accounts in one step. The Quick Pay option is located at the top right of the 'account overview' screen and is available on accounts you have already set up on Online Banking.

Statements

Transaction search

Transaction search allows you to search up to a maximum of six months of account transactions or 100 of your most recent transactions.

eStatements

You can choose to receive your bank and credit card statements through Online Banking instead of receiving your paper statements through the post. It's convenient, free of charge and gives you an opportunity to reduce the impact of your banking on the environment. For more information on eStatements visit our help site.

Transfers and Payments

Transfer money

You can transfer money to any bank or building society account within the UK. You can add accounts for regular transfers, amend and cancel accounts or make one off transfers.

Bill pay

You can pay bills to a list of up to 2000 billers. You can add bills for regular payments, amend and delete bills or make one off bill payments.

You can add bills by searching for the name of the biller using the search function or by drilling down through the various bill categories and sub categories option.

You can forward date a bill payment to be made up to 28 calendar days in advance, ideal for payments due while you are away on holiday.

Regular payments

You can set up, amend and cancel regular payments to any bank account in the UK.

My Credit Cards

As well as viewing the balance of your credit card, you can manage your card through our self service option. For example, you can ask to increase or reduce your credit card limit, ask for a replacement card or a PIN reminder or set up an authorised user.
