Getting Started
Logging in
Before using Online Banking for the first time, or if you have recently received a new Personal Access Code, you will need to contact our customer service adviser team on 028 9034 6060 to confirm receipt of your PAC in order to use the service.
To log in you will need:
- Your registration number
- Your Personal Access Code (PAC)
Step 1
Go to www.aibgb.co.uk/onlinebanking
Select the 'Personal Log in' button within the Online Banking section. This will open a new window.
Step 2
Enter your registration number and select 'next'.
Step 3
Enter the requested three random digits from your Personal Access Code (PAC), and a further question based on information you have provided and select 'next'.
You have now logged in to Online Banking.
Problems Logging in
If you have not been able to log in with the details you have given, try again.
Ensure that the numbers you have entered are correct.
You can only try three times after which, as a security feature, Online Banking will be temporarily blocked.
If this happens a new PAC will automatically be ordered for you which you will receive in the post.
